Etihad Sugar

Within the project of delivery of a new power generating unit, EKOL, spol. s r.o. designed, manufactured, delivered and commissioned a complete unit generating process steam and electricity for the needs of a sugar refinery in the Babylon area of Iraq, approximately 130 km south of Baghdad.

The new sugar factory (sugar refinery) has a capacity of 3000 t/day.

The turnkey power plant project comprised primarily two steam turbines and two fuel oil boilers, including installation of all accessory equipment as a turnkey delivery.
