EKOL PERMORMS ACQUISITIONS IN SOUTH AMERICA
On 16th April 2012 EKOL obtained a grant from HSBC bank for acquisitions in the states of Central and South America. The acquisitions will be made in cooperation with HSBC, ERNST & YOUNG, WHITE & CASE.
The basic strategic goal are contracts for both biomass and classical power plants, gas and steam power plants, compressor stations for gas pumping and individual supplies for heat and power generation plants. These activities envisage the support of the local suppliers.
