EKOL COGENERATION POWER PLANT IN BELARUS

In late March 2012 EKOL, spol. s r.o. supplied a complete cogeneration plant to BELARUSKALIJ Soligorsk in Belarus. The plant consists of a TAURUS 70 gas turbine, a ZKR 163M compressor station and an EKOL UTK 60 waste-heat boiler. The plant supplies 7.2 MWe and 14.5 t/h technological steam to the local heat and power network. The part of the supply is a flue gas piping which distributes reheated flue gas to drying ovens which are used to dry potassium salts in the technological process of fertilizer production.
