In the middle of May, 2014, Ekol finalized the modernization of turbo set with GT 750-6 gas turbine at the compressing station at NET4GA Co., Kurim, Czech Republic. In addition to the replacement of the plate heat exchangers for tubular ones, reconstruction of the air inlet path and the complete modernization of the oil system, the new low-emission burning chamber with dual diffusion-kinetic burners were installed there. As a result, the NOx lower than 35 mg/Nm3 and CO lower than 20 mg/Nm3 emissions were achieved during operation of this modernized turbo block, and that is several times lower than actually existing emissions limits.
