EKOL's Service in EGYPT

EKOL in cooperation with EKOL energo signed the contract for our long-time partner ESIIC in one of his sugar factories – Deshna Sugar Factory.

We supplied new steam gland seals repairs of rotors and stators of 2 PBS steam turbines with power output 4,5 MW. For the first time in history of the company EKOL repaired the turbine stators right in the customer’s factory using specialized machines.

Original contracted date was 4 months but because of complications it was necessary to put the turbines into operation within 1 month. This was succesfully achieved and so the thread of penalties from the Ministry of Agriculture was deflected
